Dr. Toby Kan is a Hong Kong–based missiologist serving as Acting Chair and Assistant Professor in the Division of Intercultural Studies at Alliance Bible Seminary. From 2015 to 2023, he served as an intercultural worker with Interserve International, gaining significant cross-cultural mission experience. He currently contributes to multiple mission organizations in leadership and advisory roles, including Interserve Hong Kong, Hong Kong Alliance Mission, SEND International East Asia, and Christar Hong Kong. Dr. Kan is committed to strengthening mission engagement in Hong Kong and equipping leaders for intercultural ministry.
