Founder, KAGMA (Korean American Global Mission Association)

Dr. Robert Oh is a missionary theologian, pastor, counselor, and educator who has served in global ministry for over four decades, with primary work in Cambodia, Korea, and the United States. Since encountering Christ in 1979, he has devoted his life to church planting, leadership development, and theological education across cultures. He is the founder of KAGMA (Korean American Global Mission Association) and CRRC (Cambodia Research & Resource Center).
A prolific author of more than 200 books, Dr. Oh integrates existential philosophy, biblical theology, and missiology, equipping leaders to engage contemporary challenges such as despair, AI ethics, and cross-cultural partnership. He teaches in multiple seminaries internationally and is committed to forming covenantal, relational models of mission rather than transactional approaches. Together with his wife Jenny, he continues to mentor emerging leaders and build long-term, faith-rooted ministries in Cambodia and beyond.
