Facilitator in Asia & Facilitator for Latinos in Asia, COMIBAM
Ms. Noemi Troncoso is originally from Argentina and has a background as an accounting assistant and a Spanish teacher for foreigners. She holds a diploma in Member Care and a Master’s degree in Pastoral Ministry. She has been married to Julio Vallejos since 1996. Together, they served as youth pastors in Argentina during two seasons—first in Buenos Aires and later in Patagonia. From 2005 to 2015, they served as missionaries in the Himalayan region of India. During this period, they also led teams of young people on short‐term mission trips to China, Europe, and Africa among Somali communities. Since 2019, they have been serving in Thailand. Mrs. Troncoso currently represents COMIBAM in Asia and facilitates networking among Latin missionaries across the region. She also serves on the Executive Team of the Global Mobilization Network, which holds global consultations every three years. In addition, she is the Latin America Director for the mobilization trainings of the Global Mission Mobilization Initiative (GMMI), based in Chiang Mai.
