National Director, Gateway Education Global UK
Mr. Shankar Shikdar serves as the National Director of Gateway Education Global UK and the Honorary General Secretary of the Bangladesh Missions Connection (BMC). His ministry focuses on Christian life coaching, ethical AI for the mission field, happiness intelligence practice, and Business as Mission initiatives. He holds graduate-level degrees in English, Clinical Social Work, Business Administration, and Intercultural Education, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies. His research and writing explore the intersection of technology and missions, the historical development of Bangladeshi Christianity, community healthcare in remote areas, and urban mission transformation. Through his diverse leadership roles and academic work, he contributes significantly to the ongoing conversation on mission innovation in Asia.
