Director of Operation, East-West Center for Missions Research and Development
Dr. Minhye Kang serves as the Director of Operation at the East-West Center for Missions Research and Development, bringing extensive experience in pastoral ministry, media communication, and cross-cultural mission training. She holds both an M.A. and a Doctor of Missiology in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary, where she also contributed as a Vocation and Formation Leader for the IS program. Dr. Kang has been actively involved in teaching and pastoral ministry at Los Angeles Presbyterian Church while producing and announcing programs for GBC Gospel Radio and developing an online ministry through YouTube. With a rich background in music, broadcasting, and theological education—including previous teaching roles at the Korean National University of Arts and Sung Shin Women’s University—she integrates creativity, cultural insight, and spiritual formation in her ministry. Her diverse expertise continues to shape leaders and communities toward deeper missional engagement in both local and global contexts.
