Executive Director, IJM KOREA

Joonho Min joined the International Justice Mission (IJM)—a Washington D.C.-based non-profit organization dedicated to ending modern-day slavery—and has served as the Executive Director of IJM Korea since 2020. Though he began his career in the IT industry, a life-altering accident in his youth served as a spiritual turning point, leading him to deeply question his purpose as a Christian and eventually pivot his career to the non-profit sector in the 2010s. Following a distinguished track record at UNICEF and the Red Cross, he now leads IJM’s mission to rescue and protect the more than 50 million people trapped in modern slavery. Rather than offering mere temporary relief, IJM presents a new model for missions through “Justice Ministry,” collaborating with local churches to achieve systemic change by strengthening judicial frameworks and dismantling the structural injustices that fuel social evil.
