Mission Director, YWAM Korea
Dr. Hyonchul Kim is a mission leader and missiologist serving with YWAM Korea, with a calling to equip the Church for God’s mission among the nations. For over 20 years, he served in India as a missionary and field leader, engaging in church planting, leadership development, missionary training, and cross-cultural ministry.
He currently serves as the Mission Director of YWAM Korea, helping guide mission strategy, mobilization, and leadership for the movement. He also serves as one of the 30+ YWAM Global Elders, contributing to discernment and encouragement within the global YWAM family.
In addition, he is involved as a policy committee member of KWMA and as a coordinator of the India Mission Network. Through these roles, he continues to serve the Church and the mission movement with biblical conviction, practical field experience, and a heart for collaboration and the advance of the gospel among the nations.
