Deputy Director of IMM, WEC International
Dr. Chang Soo Chang serves as the Deputy Director of International Mission Mobilization (IMM) at WEC International, where he is dedicated to strengthening global mission engagement across diverse cultural contexts. He has extensive experience in mission mobilization, leadership development, and supporting indigenous church movements throughout the Majority World. His academic research focuses on the missional transition of indigenous churches and the dynamics that shape mission mobilization internationally. Dr. Chang has contributed significantly to the field through publications, including a chapter on global mission trends and his doctoral dissertation on mobilization in the Majority World. He continues to provide strategic guidance for mobilizing churches toward a deeper participation in God’s global mission.
