Regional Director of East & Southeast Asia, Third Millennium Ministries
Dr. Ben Biao Chen is an American (China-born) mission leader who currently serves as Regional Director for East & Southeast Asia with Third Millennium Ministries, where he advances theological education and leadership development across the region. Before assuming his current role, he directed Thirdmill’s Chinese Projects for nearly two decades and served as Senior Pastor of Orlando Chinese Evangelical Christian Church (PCA), shaping diaspora ministry and discipleship. His professional journey also includes leadership development at China Partnership and a prior career in engineering and academia, including positions at Lucent Technologies and The Ohio State University. With a unique blend of technical expertise, pastoral experience, and global mission leadership, Dr. Chen is devoted to equipping Chinese-speaking Christian leaders for gospel transformation.
