Rev. Ashish Hirday is a seasoned youth ministry practitioner with over two decades of experience integrating mission and church-based leadership. He began his ministry journey as a local church youth pastor in India and has since served in strategic leadership roles at national, regional, and global levels. Over the years, he has ministered in more than 20 countries, partnering with churches and mission movements to disciple young people and equip emerging leaders across cultures.

Currently, he leads the Youth Commission of the World Evangelical Alliance, serving and strengthening youth networks worldwide. Regionally, he serves as Director for Church Engagement with the Arise Asia Youth Mission Movement, mobilizing churches for mission among the next generation.
